New Publication in Nature Communications!

We’re excited to announce the release of our latest research article in Nature Communications, titled “Delivering equity in low-carbon multisector infrastructure planning.”

This study introduces a new framework that integrates AI-driven design tools with combined river basin and power system modelling, using Ghana as an example. The goal is to support planning efforts that promote climate-resilient and equitable development across regions.

The framework is designed to help policymakers assess the impact of infrastructure projects on equity. It guides decisions that reduce carbon emissions, enhance access to essential services such as water and electricity, and ensure that benefits are fairly distributed across sectors and regions.
